Rules

• Round 1: Online Submission
• Participants must submit an abstract summarizing their research paper online before the deadline.
• The abstract should clearly define the problem, methodology, and key findings.
• Submissions will be reviewed based on originality, relevance, and clarity.
• Top submissions will be shortlisted for the final round.
• Shortlisted participants will be notified by March 22nd.
• Round 2: On-Site Presentation
• Shortlisted participants must present their research in person at the event venue.
• Presentations should be within the allotted time frame (8-10 minutes).
• Use of slides (PPT/PDF) is mandatory; clarity and structure will be assessed.
• Judging criteria include originality, technical depth, presentation skills, and Q&A session.
• Strict adherence to the schedule is required; late arrivals may be disqualified.
• Reporting time: 10:30 AM, March 27th.

• Valid college ID
• Presentation slides in PDF/PPT format

• Good communication and technical skills
